What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 24 hours to 48 hours to process your order then 2-4 days to deliver it to you in France.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
What are the shipping methods?
There are 3 shipping methods:
- Mondial Relay (available for France and part of the EU). Moreover, delivery is free in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (no minimum purchase).
- Colissimo for France and the French Overseas Territories
- Delivengo easy for the EU, Europe and the rest of the world (excluding France and overseas territories)
What are the shipping amounts?
The amount varies depending on the weight of the products in your basket and the shipping option chosen.
METROPOLITAN FRANCE:
For small, light products, shipping by tracked letter is offered at 4 euros.For medium weight products, you have the choice between shipping via Mondial relay at 6 euros, colissimo at a relay point at 6.50 euros or colissimo at home at 8.50 euros.For heavy products, the price varies between 9 and 11 euros by colissimo to your home.
ABROAD:
For small, light products, shipping is offered at 7 euros.For medium weight products, shipping costs are between 13 and 15 euros.

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if this contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
The buyer is required to check at the relay point or upon receipt at home, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
If there should be a dispute over receipt of the package, the carrier will launch an investigation. This investigation can last up to 30 days. We are forced to wait until this investigation is complete before doing anything.
What are the payment methods?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments upon receipt.
I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, trace your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 14 days following the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. .
